Mr. Moe’s Thread Co. Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase — and we’re here to make things right if you don’t! Please review our return policy below before submitting a return or exchange request.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or exchanges for: 

  • Items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective
  • Incorrect items sent in error
  • Apparel that is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Timeframe: You must request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Because most of our products are made to order or part of a limited run, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Wrong size selections (please consult our sizing charts before ordering)
  • Items not in resellable condition (worn, washed, or altered)

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or offered as store credit, at your preference.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Want to exchange your item for a different size or style? If it’s in stock, we’re happy to help! Just contact us, and we’ll walk you through the process.

Return Process

  1. Email us at mrmoe@mrmoesthreadco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error).
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
