We want you to love your purchase — and we’re here to make things right if you don’t! Please review our return policy below before submitting a return or exchange request.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective
- Incorrect items sent in error
- Apparel that is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Timeframe: You must request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Because most of our products are made to order or part of a limited run, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Wrong size selections (please consult our sizing charts before ordering)
- Items not in resellable condition (worn, washed, or altered)
Refunds & Store Credit
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or offered as store credit, at your preference.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Want to exchange your item for a different size or style? If it’s in stock, we’re happy to help! Just contact us, and we’ll walk you through the process.
Return Process
- Email us at mrmoe@mrmoesthreadco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
